How delivery works

Whyspr is an independent student-run service for NSA students. One message costs Rp5.000. An operator checks payment and reviews the note before arranging delivery at school. This site does not claim school endorsement. Delivery depends on finding the recipient and school access; check your private tracking link for updates.

Anonymous to the recipient

If you choose anonymous, your note is signed “Anonymous.” The operator still sees the order and payment receipt, which may reveal the payer’s name. We do not promise complete anonymity from the operator, hosting provider or payment provider.

What we keep

We store the recipient’s name, class, identification photo, message, chosen signature and payment proof. Photos are used only to identify the recipient and are accessible only to the signed-in operator. The site also keeps temporary hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. GoPay or your bank handles the payment; Whyspr never asks for your PIN or banking password.

Respect the person receiving it

Send compliments, thanks or respectful personal messages. Threats, bullying, humiliation, sexual content, private information and impersonation are not accepted. Use a photo you have permission to share. Recipients can decline delivery and request that their photo and information be removed through the operator’s support contact.

Payment, rejections & refunds

A submitted receipt does not automatically confirm payment. If a paid note is rejected or cannot be delivered, the operator will add an update and arrange a refund. Refunds are sent manually through the payment app. Please use the support contact displayed on your tracking page and quote your order reference.

Removal & retention

The operator should delete closed orders, including photos and receipts, within 30 days unless an unresolved payment issue requires them. Tracking links stop working after deletion. Backups may retain copies until their scheduled expiry. Keep your tracking link private; anyone who has it can see your order’s recipient, signature and status, but cannot view the recipient photo or receipt.
